What the audit tells you
Matt, before you start
What is the metabolic audit?
A free eight-question coaching questionnaire about food, training, sleep and stress. It suggests topics to explore and a next step. Its AI-generated score is illustrative, not a validated health assessment or diagnosis.
Sample report
Building capacity
What you leave with.
A habits score out of 100, insights based on your answers and a suggested next step. These examples show the format, not an assessment of you.
Afternoon energy pattern
An afternoon dip could be worth discussing alongside meals, sleep and training. The questionnaire cannot establish its cause.
Protein distribution
A more detailed food record can help review protein intake. Broad diet answers cannot establish your total intake or distribution.
Recovery load
Reported sleep and stress help identify questions for a coaching conversation. They do not measure recovery or hormone levels.
How does it work?
- 1. Answer eight questions. About five minutes, in your own words or with one tap.
- 2. AI summarises your answers. It identifies possible coaching priorities from what you share. It does not measure your metabolism or compare you with a validated clinical database.
- 3. You get the read. A score out of 100, three insights specific to you, and a recommended next step. Email only if you want the full report.

Dr Matt Walley holds a PhD from the University of Canterbury and has coached 1,470+ clients across 22 years. The audit introduces the practice's coaching approach; it is not a personal review by Matt.
“The protocol works for my actual life, not a hypothetical one. That is what made it stick.”
Questions people ask before starting.
Start with your habits and goals.
Share your current food, training, sleep and stress patterns. AI uses your answers to suggest coaching priorities. It cannot diagnose a condition or establish why you feel the way you do.
