Where supplements fit in a programme.

A short read on where supplements sit inside a coaching programme, and where they do not.

Start with our supplement label guide or read the creatine evidence review before choosing a product.

Amplifier, not substitute

The system underneath does the work.

Start with food, training and recovery. Consider a supplement when it fills a specific gap or has evidence relevant to your goal. Coaching does not require a product purchase.

Specified, not stacked

A clear reason for each product.

Check the ingredient, dose, intended benefit and interactions. Decide how you will judge whether a product is useful, rather than adding more products automatically.

Our own brand

Transparent about the relationship.

Inception Labs is our own brand. That relationship matters when weighing a recommendation: ask about the evidence, alternatives and whether you need a supplement at all.

Before you buy.

Inception Labs is our in-house supplement line, designed around the products used in our coaching approach. Owning the brand does not replace the need to assess evidence, dose and individual suitability.

Yes. Product links open the Inception Labs store, where you can check current details and buy without coaching. Supplements are optional; coaching can focus on food, training and routines.

Inception Labs describes its range as formulated by Dr Matt Walley and manufactured in New Zealand. Ask for manufacturing details and any certification relevant to the specific product before buying.

Yes. NZ-wide delivery is standard. Pickup from Inception Group at 65 Blenheim Road, Addington is available for Christchurch clients.

Check each product with your GP or pharmacist before combining it with prescription medicines. Bring the full label and dose; a natural or stimulant-free description does not establish compatibility.

Ask for the current product or batch test report, including what was tested and by whom. Do not assume that every product has the same testing or certification.
